    You season pass in Courchevel

Skiing like nowhere else on Earth

    Accueil Courchevel

Courchevel offers you a thousand and one landscapes: from glaciers to forests; runs that weave between traditional Alpine chalets, challenging gullies, freeride areas that have been avalanche and hazard checked, fun runs for the kids and dedicated freestyle zones; this is an area that is packed with gems for you to discover with your Courchevel or 3 Vallées season pass!

    The plus points of Courchevel?

The best piste grooming anywhere in the World! Courchevel, a pioneer in the art of slope preparation, constantly strives for perfection in the art of grooming, and has acquired incomparable know-how. The installation of an unparalleled network of artificial snow makers, the reconfiguration and maintenance of the slopes is demonstrated with snow of quality until the very end of the season.

The best spots in the ski area…
Not to be missed if you have a 3 Vallées season pass!

    1. The view from the top of Signal: the most Easterly point of the 3 Valleys ski area, a sublimely peaceful corner of the world. Your eyes will be instinctively drawn to the wilds of the Avals valley at your feet and as you look up, the brèche de la Portetta comes into view in the foreground. Turn around, and on the opposite side, the legendary Mont Blanc! A perfect spot for a picnic or simply to admire the view before descending via the wide, rolling and little frequented slopes of Chapelets or Les Rochers
    2. Vertical Experience: with a maximum grade of 38.5° and an average of 33°…you need nerves of steel to take on these two black runs! Rendezvous at the top of the legendary Saulire to test yourself in the Grand Couloir (towards Courchevel) and the Couloir Tournier (towards Méribel); thrills guaranteed!
    3. The Freeride Lab: the place to be if you are a fan of ungroomed snow. After a 100m climb on touring skis or on foot, you can discover this protected site, encircled by the peaks of the Vanoise. Ideal for off-piste beginners: two ungroomed but safety checked runs; a real treat the day after a snowfall! Alternatively, experienced riders (and equipped with avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe), discover THE secret sector: a north facing pitch, at the foot of the Aiguille du Fruit, the gateway to the Vanoise.
    4. The piste of champions, the Eclipse: following much the route of the old Jockeys piste, this new piste is set to become a Courchevel classic. With its 3.3 km and 970 m of vertical drop, it is one of the longest and most challenging runs in the ski area. If you take up the challenge you will be lead through the heart of the forest, with views of the Olympic ski jumps and the village of Courchevel Le Praz.
    5. The Peuf Experience slopes (Peuf = Powder): want to enjoy fresh powder snow in complete safety? Try the Peuf Experience! Every day after a snowfall, set your alarm clock to be the first to descend special runs that are deliberately left ungroomed so that riders may taste the fresh snow without taking risks! Enjoy this experience on the Jean Pachod, Chanrossa, M and Combe des Pylônes pistes.
“The real plus points of the Courchevel ski area? Precision piste grooming, ideal for carving without any uncomfortable surprises and the Peuf Experience slopes, deliberately left ungroomed the day after the snowfall: such a delight!”

Les 3 vallées made to measure

Les 3 Vallées do indeed make up the world’s largest ski area! But don’t take our word for it ? take a look at the figures! After all, figures never lie, and especially not when they’re from Kaliblue, a company specialised in mapping services and artistic 3D imaging.
